These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Spectra Anomaly Log (the "App"), operated by Aussi-Nexus Group (ABN 76 947 108 181), a business operated by Dr. Manas Swain ("we", "us", "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is a browser-based, installable tool that reads data from your device's standard sensors (motion, orientation/compass, microphone, and where available, ambient light and magnetometer) and logs statistically correlated deviations from a user-calibrated baseline. See the Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The App is provided for entertainment, hobbyist, and personal-logging purposes only.
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to subscribe. Where a subscription requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to: (a) represent App output as scientific proof or disproof of any paranormal phenomenon in any way that could deceive another person, particularly in a commercial, journalistic, or safety-related context; (b) use the App to harass, frighten, or deceive minors or vulnerable people; (c) reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or white-label the App without our written permission; (d) use the App in a manner that violates any applicable law.
Nothing produced by the App constitutes medical, legal, safety, structural, electrical, or real-estate advice. If you have concerns about your health, safety, or property, consult an appropriately qualified professional — not this App.
The App, including its software, design, branding, sensor-fusion logic, user interface, and documentation, is © 2026 Aussi-Nexus Group. All rights reserved. Except for the limited licence to use the App under a valid subscription, no rights are granted to you in our intellectual property. You retain ownership of any anomaly logs or data you export from the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SENSOR READINGS WILL BE ACCURATE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY LOGGED EVENT HAS ANY PARTICULAR CAUSE. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aussi-Nexus Group and Dr. Manas Swain will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any decision made or action taken in reliance on App output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, at our option, to re-supply of the service or the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App for breach of these Terms, non- payment, or misuse. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be flagged within the App or via the contact details you provided.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland for any dispute arising from these Terms.
